- 02You'll get an email straight away asking for everything I need, your brand assets, copy, references and deadline.
- 03I design your first draft and send it over for feedback.
- 04Two rounds of revisions are included, then you receive your final print-ready files.
- —Paid in full at checkout and non-refundable, as your slot is reserved straight away.
- —Your 14 working day timeline starts once your form, brand files and access details are all in.
- —Feedback is due within 48 hours. Later feedback pauses the work and moves your delivery date.
- —Three rounds of changes are included, sent as one list each time. Extra rounds are £35.
- —Design and setup only — printing, domain and Acuity subscription costs are separate.

You can keep the £195 option and receive free step-by-step tutorials for adding your services yourself, or choose the £100 setup add-on and I will upload and configure them for you.
I upload your supplied services, prices and durations, then configure the essential booking settings. You will need to send complete, final information before setup begins.
Yes. The design is created inside your own Acuity account, so it remains fully yours. I will tell you which plan you need before we begin.
Yes. Every option includes a final walkthrough, and the design-only route also includes tutorials for uploading and managing your own services.
Please note: your 14 working day turnaround only begins once you've sent everything through on the form after checkout, and feedback on drafts is needed within 48 hours to keep your delivery date.
Print is not included. Everything is supplied as print-ready design files, but I'm happy to share my trusted print vendor so you can order directly.
